Project background
In recent years, Internet finance is reshaping the traditional financial industry, mobile APP has become the mainstream channel and competitive focus of brokerage firms, and each brokerage firm is focusing on the construction and optimization of mobile APP platform, and securities investment advisory services as the core of securities products, how to create more representative, more relevant to user needs, more influential investment advisory services, reflecting the core value of wealth management, is the key for brokerage firms APP to stand out from the many securities trading APP in the environment of increased competition in the industry.
Problem statement
In the traditional way, most investors are not yet covered by investment advisor services. Their investment strategies cannot be verified, and investment methods cannot be guided.The lucky few investors, even if they can consult an investment advisor, are limited by the working hours and location, not to mention the inability to get the mock portfolio performance before purchasing the investment advisor's product.
Solution
The emergence of the online investment advisor platform in the trading APP has solved these confusions for investors.Users can log in to the platform through the home page, participate in the live broadcast of the investment advisor anytime and anywhere, subscribe to the investment advisor's views, tips, portfolios and other products, and interact with the investment advisor online to ask questions about the stocks.

Won the "2020 China Securities Industry Investment Advisory Service APP Jun Ding Award" (the securities industry's "Oscar"). The award attracted more than 70 brokerages to participate, with over 300 submissions in total.

Competitive research
We compared all the stock trading apps on the market to see what features were mainly updated during the month.The main direction of competing APP version updates in 2020 continued to be the optimization of existing functions, followed by updates to the quotation category, with a significant increase in the share selection category.

Final design
1.log in to the trading app
Users can log in to the trading app with their cell phones, click on the home page button "investment advisor",and enter the investment advisor platform.
2. Enter the investment advisor platform
Users can read views posted by investment advisors, watch live streams, follow portfolios, and Q&A with professional investment advisors on the investment advisor platform.
At the same time, the platform provides a search bar to support users to find target advisors or products by keywords.
3.Visit the personal page of the target advisor
The home page of the target advisor displays the advisor's avatar, professional certificate number, personal profile and other related information,and the following 4 tabs list live streaming, tips, opinions and portfolio products.
Users can follow the advisor and get the news of the advisor in time, including starting live broadcast, posting opinions, transferring portfolio, updating tips, etc.
Users can see the details of the products corresponding to each tab by clicking on the 4 tabs of the personal home page of the investment advisor.
In the Q&A Plaza, users can send questions to all investment advisors for free, or pay to ask questions to a specific investment advisor.
Reflection
This project taught me the importance of doing your research and doing it properly.Building upon your knowledge by really trying to understand the subject matter will push you to design a successful product. lt was a good lesson in staying calm even when the information can be overwhelming, I really just took it one step at a time and before l knew it, the team was able to create a design that the client was very satisfied with.Communicating often and informing your team on what you're doing also keeps everyone on the same page. it was a rewarding experience overall when we managed to create solutions to any issues that we came across. l also learned that even when challenges arise that you can always ask for help. In return, would be proactive in making sure provided any assistance when needed.We worked together in keeping the file organized for a productive working environment. l am so thankful to have had a team that was hardworking and great to collaborate with.
